Ramsha worked with me to put formulations together to positively change the way I go about thinking

A few months ago, I found myself in a difficult place in life, feeling anxious and depressed most of the time and unable to move forward. I opened up about my feelings and thoughts with Ramsha and we delved deeper to find the root cause of my anxiety, depression and lack of self-worth. We worked through the traumas I have experienced from a young age through my teenage years and into adult life and how they have continued to impact me even though years have passed. Ramsha worked with me to put formulations together to positively change the way I go about thinking about things. She helped me uncover my triggers and how to deal with situations better going forward. Ramsha created a safe space where I felt like I could talk to her about anything and everything. As the weeks passed, I began to notice a change in my mental wellbeing and at the end of 16 session of CBT therapy, I was in a much better and happier place. Thank you Ramsha for helping and support me through a difficult time!
