To say, everything is ok now would be a lie, as I’ve been dealing with my original bad thinking about myself for over 30 years. It is hard to change this, so I am still on my ongoing journey. However, Rachel has managed to guide me towards a healthier way of seeing these situations and myself and helped me start this new journey.
The whole time talking to Rachel, I never felt judged, but felt great empathy and understanding. Rachel applied for further sessions on my behalf, when it became clear that we would need longer time to start changing my thinking, which I was very grateful for, as I didn’t feel rushed to get better.
I am grateful to Rachel for her patience, her open ear and the way she’s approached my case. Anyone who wants to try CBT needs to be aware that it means work and an open mind. However, if you work with Rachel and are honest to her and to yourself, you can achieve great results. I honestly cannot recommend Rachel enough.
