Think Hive Health specialists are proudly accredited by the BABCP
BABCP Accredited CBT & EMDR Therapists You Can Trust
All therapy is delivered by BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapists, with additional specialist training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing). With over 15 years’ experience working in mental health, our clinicians have supported clients across NHS services, community settings, and private practice.
This depth of experience means we understand both the clinical and human side of therapy — offering treatment that is structured, evidence-based, and genuinely supportive.
ADHD Support & ADHD Assessments
In addition to CBT and EMDR therapy, we provide ADHD assessments and therapeutic support for women. Whether you are seeking a formal assessment, exploring a possible diagnosis, or looking for therapy tailored to ADHD-related challenges, we offer a clear, professional, and compassionate service.
Many of the women we work with feel high-functioning on the outside, but overwhelmed inside.
Our ADHD-informed CBT can help with:
Emotional regulation
Anxiety and overwhelm
Organisation and focus
Self-esteem and identity
Workplace and relationship difficulties
How it works
How many sessions will you need?
At Think Hive Health, sessions are proactive and focused on increasing your self-insight, teaching effective strategies to aid your presentation.
Some clients may find progress made with effective results within the first 6-8 sessions, however, others may require up to 12 sessions, and some may continue to access therapy on a bi-monthly basis.
Our approach at Think Hive is person-centered and the required number of sessions depends on you.

Why Choose a Small, Specialist Therapy Practice?
Unlike large therapy organisations or corporate providers, we are a small, specialist practice. This means:
- You are not treated as a number
- Therapy is delivered by experienced clinicians, not trainees
- You receive consistent, personalised care
- Appointments are flexible and responsive
- Clinical decisions are made with you, not by a system
Working with a smaller provider allows us to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and adapt therapy to what genuinely works for you — rather than following rigid, one-size-fits-all models.
Local Therapy with the Flexibility of Online Sessions
We offer in-person CBT therapy in Manchester, South Manchester, and Cheshire, as well as secure online therapy for clients who prefer remote sessions or live further afield. Online CBT and EMDR are just as effective for many people and allow greater flexibility around work, family, and travel.

Testimonies
A few months ago, I found myself in a difficult place in life, feeling anxious and depressed most of the time and unable to move forward. I opened up about my feelings and thoughts with Ramsha and we delved deeper to find the root cause of my anxiety, depression and lack of self-worth. We worked through the traumas I have experienced from a young age through my teenage years and into adult life and how they have continued to impact me even though years have passed. Ramsha worked with me to put formulations together to positively change the way I go about thinking about things. She helped me uncover my triggers and how to deal with situations better going forward. Ramsha created a safe space where I felt like I could talk to her about anything and everything. As the weeks passed, I began to notice a change in my mental wellbeing and at the end of 16 session of CBT therapy, I was in a much better and happier place. Thank you Ramsha for helping and support me through a difficult time!
It’s been a pleasure worked with Rachel. She is experienced and skilled. During my sessions Rachel always looked out my wellbeing and built a structured treatment plan for me. Rachel presents her professionalism by actively engaging myself to speak up and being responsive to my treatment progress. I found our treatment sessions very useful and beneficial for my improvement.
I Seriously can’t thank you enough for your patience and support. I feel like I am becoming the person I used to be again, but that a better, 2.0 is around the corner.
Thank you so much.
I am going to miss our sessions terribly, but, I am ok with that, because I know I can cope so much better than before, with life, and I can see what affects me and I can deal with it in a more constructive way.
Your adaptability, as well as your therapist ninja skills are, in my opinion, one of the key success factors in me being in the place I am right now, with an eye to the future, and being, well, more
